Bookado integrates with your enterprise calendar to list all rooms and show them in order of availability. Simply choose your location and time and book rooms ad hoc or in advance.

Use AR marker stickers to quickly check if rooms are available and make bookings in a single click. No need for wall-mounted screens or a laptop to make a booking. It’s a single click on a mobile phone and you are booked in.
See your enterprise calendar
Bookado connects directly to your Office 365 or G-suite Calendar. There is no need for any data migration. You see all your bookings in one place and manage them with ease.
Fast deployment
Deploying Bookado takes under a day and there is no drilling or hardware involved. We use Augmented Reality markers that can be printed on stickers and fixed to meeting room doors. It is fast and doesn’t consume electricity.
Room filtering by location

Push notifications
The host receives a notification when the meeting is due to start. Confirm if it is going ahead, or cancel if the meeting is not happening and open the resource up for others to use.

Shortening meetings
