Employees can waste up to 30 minutes per day searching for a room. We set ourselves the goal of recovering every minute of that lost time so companies and workers get more out of the day. But we wanted to take it even further.

We designed Bookado to actually help change culture and behavior, making it normal for people to think of others and free up rooms. A simple act of kindness at the push of a single button is part of building what we call a better booking culture.

We care for one another but we also care for the environment. Long-term business success needs a sustainable planet, so we have minimized the amount of hardware necessary for reservations. The only digital device needed is the smartphone you already own.

Michał Puterman
He leads companies on complex paths to innovation and tackles problems that stand in the way of success. Michał is the managing director of Bookado.
Krzysztof Litwin
He’s worked for large companies such as Nokia Siemens Networks, Tieto, and Objectivity. Co-founder and Managing Director of ValueLogic software house since 2015.
Marcin Juzefczyk
In his years of working in security and quality assurance, in the public and private sectors, Marcin has covered ground from the financial sector to power plants and mines.
Martin Wartig
His extensive experience ranges from mobile products to entire systems. Martin specializes in combining technology with business to make the final product reliable and user friendly.
